Skill
Eagle is an aerial specialist. If it flies, he has an advantage with it. Every Air unit that can fight has a firepower bonus, plus the daily fuel upkeep cost for each air unit is reduced by two. For Planes, it is reduced to 3 Fuel per turn. Copters can stay in the air indefinitely, with their usual 2 fuel per turn being reduced to 0 Fuel per turn. They’ll still crash if they start the turn with 0 Fuel in the tank, however. For what it’s worth however, his navy is comparatively poor, suffering from lower firepower. |

Eagle’s CO Power is the ultimate movement power in the game – when activated it restores any unit that isn’t an infantry or mech unit from wait to active. This comes at a cost however, all units suffer a heinous firepower cut of approximately half of their normal firepower. Infantry and mechs are otherwise unaffected by this power. |
