Map Strategy
With Max make an APC at the westernmost base and an infantry at the easternmost base. You’ll want to capture the bundle of cities to the south of Max’s HQ as soon as possible.
With Sonja you’ll basically want to bide your time. Make 2 infantries and capture the cities on your island. Start saving up for a lander.
Once Eagle has captured most of the cities around his HQ and the cities to the north (Ignore the ones around the Black Cannon: Max will need all the cash he can get.) Star spamming B-Copters with Eagle to help defend the bridge nearest to the Black Cannon. If you feel confident, and can stop spamming copters for a few turns, save up for a bomber and bomb the Black Cannon.
With Max, continue capturing, and make a tank every turn or so. You’ll want to make capturing the base nearest to the Black Cannon a priority.
With Sonja, build a Lander and transport your 2 infantries over to the island in the far east. Capture it completely and make some anti-air defence system of some sort: Hawke will capture the 2 airports to the northwest as soon as possible and start making bombers every few turns. Build an army comprising mostly of tanks, a few md. tanks and a few a-airs and ferry them across to the island in the north. Destroy the cannons there. Once you’ve secured it more or less and nothing can get in or out, send over a squad of infantries and caputre the whole place, leaving the airport, base and city to the north alone: you don’t need them and they’re probably protected by indirects anyway. Save up for a rocket.
With Eagle and Max, just continue trying to hold the bridge. If they retake the area around the wreakage of their Black Cannon, restart.
Basically just bide your time with everything until you can get a rocket up with Sonja and destroy the Mini-Cannon with it. Move it up one square and open fire at the pipe for 2 turns. Done!

Map Strategy
General Strategy: Capture neutral airport as soon as possible, then wait
until you can destroy two units in one day. Destroy pipe seam following
day.

– Deploy APC from northern base.
– Deploy Infantry from western base.
Day 2:
– Load Infantry into APC and move APC 2N 4W and drop Infantry N.
Day 3:
– Move Infantry 2N and begin capturing neutral airport.
– Move APC 2S 2N onto allied city.
Day 4:
– Enemy Recon must go west.
– Finish capturing neutral airport.
Day 5:
– Move Infantry off airport.
– Build Bomber from airport.
– Build Mech from northern base.
Day 6:
– Build Tank from southern base.
Day 7:
– Destroy enemy Recon with Mech and Tank.
– Destroy Anti-Air with Bomber from the east.
Day 8:
– Destroy pipe seam with Bomber.

lab in the west.

– Move Md. Tank 3N 1W and destroy enemy Anti-Air.

– Destroy enemy Recon with Artillery and Rockets.
– Destroy enemy Infantry with Md. Tank from the west.
– Move Recon 4E 1N.
– Move Tank 2E 2N.
– Move loaded APC 3N.
Day 3:
– Move Recon 5E.
– Move Tank 5E 1S and attack enemy Rockets.
– Move APC 6E and drop Infantry E.
Day 4:
– Destroy enemy Rockets with Recon.
– Move APC 1N.
– Begin capturing enemy lab.
Day 5:
– Finish capturing enemy lab.

General Strategy: Use T-copter and Infantry in order to capture neutral base near Black Cannon as soon as possible. Deploy Artillery for quicker completion and Recons for power score.

– Deploy Artillery from eastern base.
Day 2:
– Move T-copter 3W 3N.
– Move Artillery 5N.
– Deploy Recon from eastern base.
Day 3:
– Move T-copter 3W 3N and drop Infantry N.
– Move Artillery 4N 1W.
– Move Recon 8N.
– Deploy Recons from both bases.
Day 4:
– Begin capturing neutral base with Infantry.
– Move Artillery 2N 3W.
– Move northern Recon 5N 1W and attack enemy Infantry from the north.
– Move eastern northern Recon 8N.
– Move remaining Recon as far north along road as possible.
Day 5:
– Allied Artillery must not take any damage.
– Finish capturing neutral base.
– Move northern Recon 2W and attack enemy Infantry from the north.
– Move Artillery 4W.
– Move remaining northern Recon 5N 2W.
– Move southern Recon as far north and west along road as possible.
– Attack Infantry with remaining Recon.
Day 6:
– Move Infantry off northern base.
– Deploy Rockets from northern base.
– Move Artillery 2W 1N.
– Attack and destroy all wounded enemy Infantry with all Recons.
Day 7:
– Attack enemy Black Cannon with Rockets.
– Destroy enemy Black Cannon with Artillery.

General Strategy: Build up SCO power while manuvering Lander with two Tank
and
T-copter with Mech to Lash’s HQ.
Day 1:
– Attack enemy Rockets with Battleship.
– Move Cruiser 4N 2W and attack enemy Sub.
– Move T-copter 4S 3E.
– Load both Tanks into Lander and move Lander 2E 5N.
– Load Mech into APC and move APC 3E and drop Mech north.
– Move Rockets as far north along road as possible.
Day 2:
– Move Rockets 1W 2N.
– Destroy enemy Sub with Cruiser.
– Attack/Destroy enemy Cruiser with Battleship.
– Destroy enemy Cruiser with wounded Sub.
– Move Lander 4N 1W and drop Tanks north and west.
– Load Mech in T-copter and move T-copter 5N 2W.
Day 3:
– Move western Tank 1N 1W and attack enemy Anti-air from the south.
– Move remaining Tank 1W and attack enemy Anti-air from the south.
– Drop Mech east.
– Move Battleship 5N.
Day 4:
– Attack most expensive enemy unit available with Rockets.
– Move western Tank 1N.
– Move Battleship 3W.
Day 5:
– Attack enemy Anti-Air with Battleship.

– Destroy enemy Tank with remaining B-copter.
– Attack enemy Tank with Mech.
– Destroy enemy Infantry with Rockets.

General Strategy: Lure Flak’s troops away from the HQ and defend Infantry

Day 3:
– No enemy unit should attack allied B-copters.

Day 4:
– Begin capturing HQ.
– If enemy tank moves in range of southern units, destroy it.
