Damaging CO Powers: These powers cannot kill a unit. If a unit is at 1 HP and is affected by this power they will be left at 0.1 HP, which is the minimum possible health value for a unit to have. Units that are inside transports will be ignored by these powers.
Meteor Strike No-Fire: Meteor Strike can only be targeted on a central unit. If the game calculates that any possible enemy target for Meteor Strike will harm Sturm’s troops more than enemy armies, it will not fire and there will only be a screen flash animation.
