Days: 11+
General Strategy: Secure as many properties as possible before sending T-copter with Bomber and Fighter escort to capture Max’s HQ.
Day 1:
– Build Infantry in the northeastern and southeastern base.
– Build T-copter in the eastern airport.
Day 2:
– Move northern Infantry 3E and capture neutral city.
– Load T-copter with remaining Infantry and move T-copter 6E.
– Build Infantry in the northeastern and southeastern base.
– Build T-copter in the eastern airport.
Day 3:
– Finish capturing neutral city.
– Move T-copter 2E and unload Infantry N.
– Move northern Infantry 2E and capture neutral city.
– Load T-copter with remaining Infantry and move T-copter 6E.
Day 4:
– Begin capturing neutral base with easternmost Infantry.
– Move next easternmost Infantry 3N and begin capturing neutral city.
– Finish capturing neutral city.
– Move easternmost T-copter 3W 3N.
– Move remaining T-copter 3E and drop Infantry N.
– Build Bomber in eastern airport.
Day 5:
– Finish capturing neutral base and city.
– Load northernmost T-copter with Infantry, move T-copter 2E and drop Infantry E.
– Move easternmost Infantry 2N 1E and begin capturing neutral city.
– Move Bomber 7E.
– Move T-copter 1W 2S.
– Build Fighter in eastern airport.
Day 6:
NOTE: At this point, enemy movement varies.
– Finish capturing neutral city.
– Begin capturing remaining neutral cities with nearby Infantry.
– Load southern T-copter with nearby Infantry and move T-copter 2S and as far east as possible without entering the firing range of the enemy Tank, Anti-Air, and B-copter.
– Move Bomber 3S and as far east as possible without entering the firing range of the enemy Anti-Air.
– Move Fighter as far east as possible without entering the firing range of the enemy Anti-Air.
– Deploy Md. Tank from easternmost base.
Day 7:
NOTE: Enemy Md. Tank must have moved towards your army. In addition, enemy Anti-Air should move into attack range of either Bomber or Md. Tank.
– Finish capturing all neutral cities.
– Move loaded T-copter 6E.
– Attack enemy Tank with your Md. Tank, keeping out of the range of enemy Rockets, if possible.
– Attack enemy Anti-Air with Bomber.
– Attack enemy B-Copter with Fighter, if possible. Else, move Fighter as far east as possible.
– Build any unit you wish at your discretion.
At this point, Max becomes inconsistent with his movement. Following the guidelines below should help ensure a 300pt. S-rank.
Retreat remaining forces back until you can destroy 3 units in one day without losing more than 2 units. Your funds should help in achieving that goal.
Try to delay destroying any unit until the last possible day. If Max loses a unit, he usually deploys the same unit near his HQ, which is a definite no-no.
On Day 8, Max usually builds a Fighter at the middle airport. I highly suggest avoiding it instead, therefore place your Fighter, Bomber, and loaded T-copter outside its attack range.
On Day 9, your Fighter, Bomber, and loaded T-copter should all be in range of Max’s HQ.
Watch Max’s CO meter. You want to avoid leaving your units vulnerable when he uses his COP or SCOP.
